Provided my name is not mentioned in connection with any other statement or wording which may be attributed to me personally, I undertake not to Prosecute or to institute proceedings, claims or demands against eitherNilusFit.com, its owners, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, vendors or any person or entity related to NilusFit.com in respect of any usage of the above mentioned photographs and video footage. I hereby release NilusFit.com named above from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of me.

Before we start recording any video sessions for the purposes mentioned above, the coach or staff will let you know and ask if you agree to be part of that video recording for the purpose of marketing and advertising, if you disagree you must turn your camera off immediately for that video session, otherwise you will be asked to gives thumbs up as a gesture of approval and confirmation that you have read this section of the terms and agreements and privacy policy.

Images and Video footage from your live video feed coming from where you workout which may be your home.

Comments

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media

If you upload images to the website, you shoul class="terms"d avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
